Session Policy Agreement

PhysioMorph Fitness Arts Session Policy and Agreement:

1.) WAIVERS - All participants are required to sign a PhysioMorph Fitness Arts waiver in-person before sessions.
New participants must arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to allow time for waivers.

2.) LATE ARRIVAL - Participants are expected to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the session to allow time to settle in. Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late to the session will not be permitted to attend and will not be issued a refund.

3.) CANCELLATION - If participants need to cancel a session, they must do so at least 12 hours before the session start time to reschedule without losing a session credit. If participants cancel during the 12-hour window before a session, they will lose that session credit. Please note, we do understand life happens sometimes and we allow a one-time late cancelation per participant. To cancel a session, please send send us an email or text message to confirm the cancelation. Please note if you would like to use the one-time cancelation credit.

4.) PAYMENT - Payment for sessions and services must be made in advance to attending the session. Cash payments may be made same-day.

5.) REFUNDS - We do not issue refunds for sessions, but if you would like to schedule another time for a session under specific circumstances please send us an email with your needs.

6.) BEHAVIOR - Participants must follow all directions given to them by the session instructor to maintain safety in the space. Anyone that displays harmful behavior towards any other participant, the instructor, bystanders, or the surrounding environment will be asked to leave. Maintaining a safe environment during sessions is a priority, and if you feel you were not treated with respect during your session, please reach out to us about your experience so appropriate action can be taken.

7.) JEWELRY & CLOTHING - Obtrusive jewelry and other forms of similar accessories and clothing must not be worn during physically demanding sessions. Please wear suitable clothing for the type of session or event you’re attending. Aerial arts participants should wear clothing that protects their midriff and legs while in the air. Due to the variety of sessions we hold, additional info may be found in the description of the specific session or event.

8.) CONSENT & PHYSICAL BOUNDARIES - In certain circumstances due to safety or instructions specific to the session, instructors may need to come in contact with a participant to assist in learning or demonstration of skills. Spotting in aerial arts and other forms of circus skills is a technique used to prevent injury while learning and may be utilized in those specific sessions. In play socials or theatrical games, some participants may come into contact with each other. The instructor and participants should always be clear in stating physical boundaries and practicing consent while participating in PhysioMorph Fitness Arts activities and by attending these sessions, you are consenting to the exposure of these circumstances during the activities that take place. If you have concerns about sessions that require physical touch, please feel free to send us an email and we will assist you in tailoring your experience to suit your needs.


9.) HYGIENE - We kindly ask participants to come to class in a clean, neutral physical state. No perfumes or strong scents, as this may cause allergic reactions to sensitive participants. Clean physique and hands, please. Our equipment is shared, but cleaned regularly. Should you need any type of hygienic products, the instructor will have some on hand during the session.

10.) SPECTATORS - Guardians of attendees/students under the age of 18 are welcome to spectate their child. Other spectators are welcome to accompany an attendee/student with approval from the instructor. Any interference of session instruction from spectators is not tolerated and they will be asked to leave, and/or the student with the attending spectator will be asked to leave and forfeit their session time.
