Fitness Classes

Below are descriptions of the fitness classes we currently offer. Fitness classes are taught in groups of 2 - 4 people per class to focus on optimal student development.

Recess for Success (R4S)

Recess for Success is a curated fitness experience for those needing an out-of-the-box exercise time. Designed to not only give the body a workout, but invoke a sense of playful meditation too. Students will participate in movement sequences and games using their environment as a tool for the duration of class. Other objects such as blocks, mobility bands, and pillows may also be used. Think bodyweight training meets playground!

This is an outdoor class. Please bring a water bottle and wear clothing appropriate for an hour of outside time with moderate exercise. Yoga mat recommended.

Ages 12+

$20 per student
